The fine print
Accessibility
What's built in, and what we haven't tested yet.
Built in
- WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the target.
- A skip link, full keyboard use, and a visible focus outline everywhere.
- Every text color measured against its background. The lowest contrast on the site is 5.7 to 1.
- How you get in is always written out, like “Timed tickets.” The color only backs up the words.
- The region filter uses real buttons that say whether they're pressed, and it announces how many places are showing. Without JavaScript, every listing simply shows.
- Links that repeat, like “Source,” carry hidden text for screen readers saying what they point to.
Accessibility at the places we list
Those details come from each venue's own page, with a link. Call the venue to confirm what your family needs.
Not tested yet
Nobody who uses a screen reader every day has tested the site yet.
